• If delivery issues are caused by incorrect addresses, refusals, or other recipient-side errors, we cannot provide compensation.

• Cosplay costumes are crafted with care using detailed prints and specialty fabrics. Due to shipping or material complexity, minor wrinkles or unevenness may occur.

• We provide simple care instructions for washing, ironing, and storing your costume, ensuring it looks as magical as the characters it represents.

Tip: Gently steam or iron as instructed to restore your costume’s perfect fit and shape.
