How to Place an Order

1.Register a member account on the Yumecosplay Shopify store.

2.Log in to your account and browse the products.

3.Select the desired items, choose the correct size, quantity, and any available customization options.

4.Click “Add to Cart” and review your order in the shopping cart.

5.Proceed to Checkout, provide shipping information, and confirm your order.

Tip: Double-check the shipping address before confirming your order to avoid delays or failed delivery.

Payment Methods

We currently support secure international payments via:

• PayPal – Fast, convenient, and secure for cross-border purchases.

• Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.

Note: Debit cards are not supported at this time.

All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

Order Confirmation

• Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

• Orders are processed once payment is verified.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Tips for International Buyers

• Ensure that your billing and shipping information is accurate.

• Cross-border orders may be subject to local customs fees or taxes (see Tariff/Taxes section).
