3. Accuracy of Information

1.Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and content on the site are provided for general information and may not be complete, current, or error-free.

2.Colors displayed may vary based on monitor calibration and settings.

4. Ordering & Payment

1.You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account and payment information.

2.Yumecosplay supports the following payment methods:

• PayPal – secure international payment

• Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, and American Express

3.All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption; we do not store full payment details on our servers.

4.Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

1.Orders are processed and shipped from China and our global warehouse(s).

2.Estimated delivery is 5–75 business days depending on shipping method and destination; some regions may require longer.

3.Orders may ship in multiple packages to improve delivery speed.

4.Customers are responsible for customs duties, local taxes, and import fees.

5.Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Return Shipping Costs

• Return and exchange shipping costs are always borne by the buyer.

• We do not provide prepaid labels for returns.

Custom Orders

• Custom, tailor-made, or made-to-order costumes are nonrefundable once production begins.

• Once an order is in production, cancellation is not permitted.

Return Eligibility

An item may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery if all the following are true:

1.Item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

2.All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

3.Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

Return Process

1.Contact our customer support before returning any items.

2.We will issue return instructions and the correct return address.

3.Return the item at your cost.

4.Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and approval.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Worn, altered, damaged, or stained items.

• Undergarments, socks, stockings.

• Onetime use or indoor-only accessories (e.g., shoe covers, props, boot tops).

• Custom or tailor-made items once production has started.

Important

We are not responsible for lost return packages due to lack of tracking or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Foreign Exchange

• Exchanges are treated as returns under the refund policy; shipping costs for return and resend are paid by the buyer.

• Exchanges for size or color require return of the original item and reshipment at buyer’s cost.

8. User Accounts

1.You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password information.

2.You are responsible for all actions taken through your account.

9. Prohibited Acts

You agree not to use the site or services for:

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

• Posting false or misleading information.

• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or malware.

1.Yumecosplay does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or errorfree service.
