返品・返金

Please read carefully — this policy applies to all customers.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return and exchange shipping costs arealways borne by the buyer.

Custom Orders:

• Custom or tailor-made costumes are non-refundable once production begins.

• Orders under “Made to Order” cannot be cancelled once fulfilled.

返品資格：

Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order if ALL of the following are true:

• Item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

• Return shipping is paid by the buyer

返品について：

• Contact our customer service before returning any items.

• Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

• Return at your own cost.

• Refunds are issued 3–5 business days after we inspect the returned merchandise.

Returns Not Accepted:

• Worn, damaged, stained, altered items

• Undergarments, socks, stockings

• One-time use or indoor-only items (shoe covers, boots tops, cosplay shoes, props, etc.)

• Custom orders once production has started

Important: We are not responsible for return packages lost due to lack of tracking or incorrect address provided by the customer.
